Why, do you think?

I started the staffing industry in 1999 and have seen the many transitions that have occured in the job market. Back then, I was young and just went with the flow, making whatever changes I needed to become a valuable resource for job seekers. Yes, I was a Recruiter, dedicated to matching the right jobs with the most qualified candidates to represent the staffing agency I worked for. While many view Recruiters as salespeople because we help generate revenue for the staffing company, I always saw it as a chance to help people find their dream jobs. To me, it was all about providing support while ensuring great customer service for job seekers. This approach not only helped me grow but also benefited others. It's truly amazing to reflect on the many changes in the job market that I've witnessed and assisted others in navigating. Of course, the economy has also undergone significant transformations, and I felt fortunate to be part of the staffing industry from 1999-2018, focusing on creating those important 'love connections' between staffing industry clients and job seekers. I truly believe there is a perfect 'fit' for every job and every job seeker, but that's a story for another time. In 1999, as individuals were just getting to grips with computers, job seekers were eager to maximize their potential and were more than willing to put in the hard work. What do you think are the main reasons people choose to leave their jobs nowadays?
